About the product: Elasios (-á-ïn) medical practicioners in ancient Greece who applied olive oil in their treatments. Gold Elasion extra virgin olive oil is a quality product produced from olives of the Koroneiki variety from selected areas of Crete. It is produced and extracted using traditional methods and without any chemical treatment. Its production is limited, as the olives are picked by hand and the producers aim to produce a quality product instead of mass production with a special characteristic of low acidity < 0.3%.
