About the company: The company was founded in 1987 in Thessaloniki by Telemachos Tsakirakis, who entered the food industry as the owner of a bougatsa workshop. The idea of ​​the croquette came along in the following years, in response to the growing market needs for new products. Thus, in 2004 the small bougatsa workshop gave its place to a large, state-of-the-art production unit , based in Neochorouda's industrial park.

Instructions: After heating our pan or fryer at 180°C, remove the "Mr. Croket tomato croquettes" from the freezer, add up to 10 croquettes at a time and fry for about 5 minutes until they get the characteristic golden-yellow color.
