About the product: Amalia Brut Rosé is a sparkling rosé wine from Estate Tselepos. Brut means it is dry, so the fine bubbles bring freshness rather than sweetness. A brut rosé is a natural choice for celebrations, name days and festive tables, and it is just as good as an aperitif. With Greek food, try it with meze such as taramosalata and fried calamari, with prawns, seafood pasta, light cheese pies or a summer salad. Serve it well chilled, at about 6-8°C.
