Kechris - Genesis (White Dry Wine) - 500ml

Combining the intensity of a typical Sauvignon Blanc with the ripeness of a mountainous Roditis, Genesis is a thoroughly modern wine offering an integral flavour experience you will want to savour every day.

Pale yellow colour with green highlights. The vivid tropical aromas and green freshness of a typical Sauvignon Blanc are enriched by the character of Mediterranean fruit contributed by the Roditis. In the mouth, the fine structure created by this successful pairing supports an intensity of flavour balanced by cool crispness, melting into a long-lasting aromatic finish.

Food pairing: Fresh green salads, seafood, steamed or grilled fish, grilled chicken or turkey, manouri cheese and fresh goat cheeses, also perfect as an aperitif.
