About the product: Retsina from Domaine Papagiannakos. Retsina is one of the most traditional Greek wines: a white wine flavoured with pine resin, which gives it its fresh, slightly resinous aroma. In Greece it is the classic taverna wine, poured cold with meze. Serve it well chilled, at about 6 to 8°C, with small fried fish, calamari, taramosalata, skordalia, grilled meat or a simple Greek salad.
