About the company: In 1929, Nestlé was faced with the challenge of helping to maintain a surplus of coffee beans in Brazil, to which it responded immediately. The company's coffee expert, Max Morgenthaler, undertook the task of creating a wonderful cup of coffee by simply adding water. Max and his team worked hard to find a new way to make instant coffee that would retain its natural flavor. Their efforts had a happy ending in 1938, the year in which NESCAFÉ coffee was born.

Instructions:

For Nescafe hot coffee:

1. Put the Nescafe granules in a coffee mug.
   
2. Add the light brown sugar.
3. Add just enough boiling water to cover the granules and sugar, but not too much more than that.
4. With an electric (or battery powered) hand-held frother, whip the sugar and Nescafe together until it gets to the consistency of cream.

For Nescafe Frappé:

A frappé can be made with a cocktail shaker or, more commonly today, with an electric milk frother or milkshake machine. First, instant coffee (traditionally Nescafe), sugar (optionally), and a little water are shaken or blended together until a thick foam is made.
