About the product: A dry white wine from Ploes that brings together Sauvignon Blanc and Moscato. It is a perfect combination of gooseberry from the Sauvignon and pear from the Moscato, all with an edge of melon, starfruit and lemongrass. The result is an aromatic white that is lovely as an aperitif on a warm evening. In Greece, a white like this is poured with grilled fish, seafood such as fried calamari or shrimp, Greek salad and light meze such as tzatziki or fava. Serve it well chilled, at around 8-10°C.
