Keep in a dry and cool place.

Recipe : (for 4 servings) 1.2 litres of water, 120 g of trahanas, 50 g of butter, salt and pepper.

Preparation : Add salt and butter. Once the butter has melted, add the trachana. Let it boil for about 15-20 minutes over low heat. Drain and it is ready to serve.
