About the product: The king of syrup-soaked desserts, the kataifi, remains a timeless classic with devoted fans. Originating from the Middle East, it stands out for its unique fibrous and hairy dough. It was one of the first desserts cherished by Greeks.
Its crispy form softens and sweetens through soaking in syrup. The aroma of butter pervades, concealing a rich, crunchy filling of nuts inside. Here, we can improvise according to our preference, using walnuts, almonds, or Aeginian pistachios, or a combination of them.
