2. Evening Delivery with Trunkrs

Opting for evening delivery? Here’s what to expect:

• Split Deliveries for Mixed Orders: If your order includes both frozen/refrigerated items and dry goods, Trunkrs may deliver in two parts: frozen/refrigerated items on the first day, followed by dry goods the next day. This ensures your items stay in perfect condition.
• Direct Communication with Trunkrs: Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a dedicated link to communicate with Trunkrs for any delivery updates, directions, or changes. Please note, we’re unable to relay messages to Trunkrs on your behalf for the only reason that Trunkrs delays passing over those messages from us unless they originate from the customer.
