I'm glad that the Barba Stathis product range, and especially the Chicory, is available here! The chicory is easy to make and fast as it doesn't need defrosting. The taste is very close to the fresh ones!!

I bought five of these spices: mint, oregano, thyme, rosemary and sage and they all arrive in fun and colourful packaging which I am planning to refill once the content is finished. The spices are great, love to use them!

Okra in a normal size, here we can only find extra extra large that need a lot of time to be prepaired. There are though smaller and more tastier shorts which I hope that Bakaliko will bring one day.

My son's favorites. Gemista Papadopoulou are a must, but lemon is the best filling
