About the product: A red dry wine from Nemea in the Peloponnese, by Lafkiotis Wines. It is light, very elegant and well balanced, with a very long finish. It is like magic: a light bitterness gives way to an indescribable, ethereal sweetness that lingers on the tongue. Exquisite! Its finesse suits slow-cooked Greek dishes such as lamb kleftiko, beef kokkinisto or pastitsio, as well as roast chicken and aged yellow cheeses like graviera. Serve it at about 16-18°C, opening the bottle a little ahead so the wine can breathe.
