About the product: This 'Gemista' is professional grade, cooked and then freshly deep frozen to preserve its flavours and juices. Very good quality of Gemista pieces made by Spitika Edesmata from Volos region in Greece.

Ingredients: Tomato, bell pepper, rice, onion, courgette, aubergine, tomato paste, tomato pulp, sunflower oil, salt, black pepper.

About the company: "SPITIKA TROFIMA Industrial and Commercial S.A." was established in 1997 and has been growing since, enjoying a huge success in the production of Greek Traditional Meals. The production processes comply with the strictest EU Specifications and are ISO 9001: 2008-EN ISO 22000:2005 certified. The process involves a detailed analysis to determine Critical Control Points (HACCP) for Purchasing, Production, Quality Control and Delivery.

Instructions: Reheat in a preheated air oven at 150C – 160C for about 20 min or in the microwave oven at 800 W for about 6 – 8 min and consume within 1 hour. After thawing do not refreeze.
