Small lentils are small size, external color light green to cream and yellow interior. In farming areas, the soil is rich in potassium, which helps lentils being tasty and fragrant.

Instructions: Simply boil the lentils in water and tomato sauce together with some onion, garlic and carrot. Add salt, pepper and bay leaves or other herbs and spices of your choice. Enjoy as a soup.
