Description: A white wine in which two famous white varieties are combined – the Roditis and the Moschofilero. Omikron White is characterized by its crispness and its yellow-white hue. Its aroma is a vividly fruity one, with pleasant accents of citrus fruits.
Vineyards: The Roditis comes from selected vineyards in Corinthia while the Moschofilero comes from selected vineyards in the Mantineia region.
Harvest Dates: The Roditis is harvested in mid-September while the Moschofilero is harvested in late September/early October.
Vinification: Classic white vinification. Controlled temperature, inside stainless vinificators. The two varieties are vinified separately, with the final blend emerging during the completion of the process.
Served At: 7-9 oC.
Food pairings: Poultry, fish, fresh cheeses.
