About the winery:  The true story of Evia's successful winemakers takes us back forty years, to a time when only small, amateur wine presses operated on the island, and local winemaking flourished. The driving force behind this new venture is Apostolos Lykos, who personally oversees the winemaking process with great care and passion.

The current Lykos winery in the Malakonta area is equipped with state-of-the-art pneumatic presses, stainless steel tanks with cooling jackets to control fermentation temperatures, underground climate-controlled cellars with oak barrels, and a dedicated isobaric bottling line room.
