We deliver ourselves in and around Amsterdam. For the rest of the Netherlands we work with a dedicated courier for chilled goods.

Partner Leen Menken is our external partner for chilled delivery.
Minimum order value €30
Chilled logistics outside standard business hours are more complex. Our partner specialises in temperature-controlled delivery, which means higher reliability — that's reflected in the price.
Under Dutch law (Alcoholwet), alcoholic products may only be handed over to customers aged 18 or older. You may be asked to present valid ID upon delivery.

Everything about delivery, in one place
'Bakaliko delivery' is no longer available for my location. Why is that?
First check whether your city falls within the zones above or close by. If it does, please get in touch and we'll update our system. Because we group orders to keep delivery costs competitive, we had to exclude some remote regions with fewer orders. These areas are still covered by 'Delivery by Leen Menken', which covers all of the Netherlands with both day and evening delivery. You can also always choose PostNL shipping (without chilled products). Please don't hesitate to contact us — we're happy to find an alternative.
My location is outside the delivery zones. Can I still order?
Yes — choose PostNL shipping. Note that chilled or frozen products can't be included in that order.
Why can I only select a few days per week for delivery?
Available days depend on demand in your area, courier planning and other factors. If the dates don't suit you, please get in touch. PostNL shipping is available throughout the week (without chilled products).
The available days for my location don't suit me. Any alternatives?
Get in touch if the available dates don't work for you or you have a specific request, and we'll look for an alternative. PostNL shipping is also available throughout the week.
Can I get express, next-day delivery?
Please contact us if you need faster or urgent delivery — we're happy to help.
Can I pick up my order at a physical Bakaliko store?
Yes! You're welcome to pick up your order for free from our Amsterdam Centrum location or Zwanenburg. Just choose your pickup point at checkout.
Can I also choose the time of my delivery?
At the moment you can pick between day delivery (09:00–17:00) and evening delivery (17:00–22:00).
