Beschreibung: Der Zacharias Aghiorgitiko ist ein vollmundiger Wein mit einer brillanten rubinroten Farbe. Er stammt aus biologischen Trauben und zeichnet sich durch Aromen von Kirsche und roten Früchten mit Vanillenoten aus. Er hat einen mittelkräftigen Mund, mit eleganter Struktur, ausgewogener Säure und reifen, runden Tanninen.
Weinberge: Aus ausgewählten biologischen Weinbergen in den halbgebirgigen Regionen von Nemea.
Erntedaten: Mitte September.
Vinifikation: 3-tägige prefermentative Kaltmazeration. 15-18 Tage Extraktion bei 22-25 οC.
Serviertemperatur: 14-16 οC.
Speiseempfehlungen: Schweinefleisch mit roter Sauce, Lamm, Wurstwaren, Pasta mit roter Sauce.
