Die Trauben stammen hauptsächlich von Vertragswinzern der Crus von Agios Panteleimon innerhalb der Appellation Amyndeon im Nordwesten Griechenlands. In einer Höhe von 600 m auf armen sandigen Böden erreichen die Weinberge Erträge, die selten 40 hl/ha überschreiten. Die Gegend ist geprägt von kalten Wintern und warmen Sommern, aber die vier umliegenden Seen schaffen ein einzigartiges mildes Mesoklima. Dadurch erhalten wir eine hohe Fruchtkonzentration und Reife mit exquisit komplexen und reichen Aromen.
Die bezaubernden Aromen von roten Waldfrüchten und Kirsche werden durch feine Noten von Rosenblättern verstärkt. Der Gaumen zeigt Balance, ein rundes Mundgefühl, weiche Tannine und einen langen, aromatischen Nachgeschmack. Leicht und würzig mit erfrischender Säure und milden Tanninen.
Essensbegleitung: Eine einfache und leicht zu trinkende Ergänzung zu Pasta, vegetarischen Gerichten und Grillfreuden.
