Τα σταφύλια προέρχονται κυρίως από συμβασιούχους καλλιεργητές των crus του Άγιου Παντελεήμονα εντός της Ονομασίας Αμύνταιο στη Βορειοδυτική Ελλάδα. Εκτεινόμενοι σε υψόμετρο 600μ σε φτωχό αμμώδες έδαφος, οι αμπελώνες επιτυγχάνουν αποδόσεις που σπάνια υπερβαίνουν τα 40 hl/ha. Η περιοχή χαρακτηρίζεται από κρύους χειμώνες και ζεστά καλοκαίρια, αλλά οι τέσσερις περιβάλλοντες λίμνες δημιουργούν ένα μοναδικό ήπιο μεσοκλίμα. Ως αποτέλεσμα, έχουμε υψηλή συγκέντρωση φρούτων και ωριμότητα με εξαιρετικά πολύπλοκα και πλούσια αρώματα.
Τα γοητευτικά αρώματα των κόκκινων δασικών φρούτων και του κερασιού ενισχύονται με λεπτές νότες από ροδοπέταλα. Ο ουρανίσκος δείχνει ισορροπία, στρογγυλή αίσθηση στο στόμα, μαλακές τανίνες και μακρά, αρωματική επίγευση. Ελαφρύ και πικάντικο με αναζωογονητική οξύτητα και ήπιες τανίνες.
