Weinherstellung: Mazeration vor der Gärung (Kaltmazeration) für 10 Stunden und dann klassische Weißweinherstellungsmethode, mit kontrollierter Gärungstemperatur in Edelstahltanks.

Merkmale: Dies ist ein außergewöhnlicher Weißwein mit einer strohgelben Farbe mit grünlichen Nuancen, gekennzeichnet durch intensive Aromen von exotischen und Zitrusfrüchten. Am Gaumen ist er ein sehr eleganter Wein mit reichen Blumen und einem ausgewogenen Abgang.

Speiseempfehlung: Salate, weißer Käse, asiatische Küche und gebratener Fisch.
