Returns & Refunds

We hope you were happy with your purchase! However, if you find it necessary to return a product or if a product does not meet your expectations, we strive to make the return and refund process as easy as possible. You can arrange it completely online through the automated returns portal below:

Returns & Refund Terms:

You can request a refund and return a product (free of charge) within 30 days of receiving the products by sending us a message through our contact form.

You cannot request a refund if the product is temperature sensitive and needs to be refrigerated, unless it falls under the cases in the following points. 

You can request a refund and return the product for the following reasons:

- The product is not as described on the product page.
- The product is expired or shows obvious signs of suboptimal condition.
- The product is not what was ordered.
- The product differs from what is shown in the eshop (with the exception of package images).
- The product has been opened, tampered with, knocked over.

All refunds will be arranged within 5 days of receiving the returned products. Any returned product must be in its original packaging and adequately packed.

The shipping cost of returned products will be borne by us if the returned product falls under the above categories (bullet points) and you can use the above return portal.

You may choose to be refunded by having us refund the money to the same account or payment method you used when placing your original order. You can also choose to be compensated in store credit and use it for your next purchases. Finally, you can be compensated by requesting a direct replacement of the product.
