Roasted Red Peppers and Feta Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
- 250g feta cheese
- 3 roasted red peppers (florinis)
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1⁄3 cup olive oil
- 1⁄2 tsp paprika
- 1⁄2 chilli paprika chopped
- 1 garlic clove (use garlic crusher)
We bake the peppers and let them come in room temperature
We blended all the ingredients until they became fine.
If your blender is small, do it in 2 doses.
At the end, empty the mixture in a ball and stir well with a spoon.
You can keep it in the fridge.
Suggestions:
You can use it as a dip, for sandwiches, as a base for pizza.
