What happens if I am not available?

⏳ If it's not possible to adjust our route to suit your hours' unavailability or if you are unavailable the whole day, your delivery will be cancelled and attempted to be delivered again within the next 1-3 working days depending on your shipping zone. If your delivery is cancelled you will not receive any notifications (sms & email) on .

✅ When your delivery will be rescheduled you will receive our usual email notification, one day prior delivery, to let you know about it.
