About the product: Okra is rich in vitamins A and C, as well as antioxidants that help reduce the risk of serious health conditions like cancer, diabetes, stroke, and heart disease. Okra is also a good source of magnesium.
About the company: Barba Stathis has been the greatest ally in the Greek kitchen for more than 40 years, supporting every parents’ effort to nourish their family. Barba Stathis’ vegetables are harvested at the ideal stage of maturity. They are then immediately frozen so as to preserve all their freshness, vitamins and flavour, thus remaining as fresh as the moment they were harvested.
Instructions: Cook as any vegetable, without defrosting.
Attention! After defrosting do not refreeze.

Goede kwaliteit okra. Mooie kleine stukjes, vers van smaak en goed verpakt. Tevreden met mijn aankoop.
We made a classic okra dish with ground beef and it was delicious! We immediately ordered a second one. Okras have little to no "bones" and they are easy to cook and eat.
Very good
