Instructions:

Cooking in a pot
Heat some olive oil over low heat and sauté some onions, carrots, potatoes and the contents of the packet for 5-7 minutes. Turn the heat up, add some salt, pepper, tomato sauce, some more olive oil and 2 cups of water and stir gently. As soon as it comes to a boil, put the lid on the pot, turn the heat down by half and let it simmer for approximately 35-40 minutes.

Cook as any vegetable, without defrosting.

Attention! After defrosting do not refreeze.
