Serve at 16 to 18°C, slightly below room temperature. It pairs well with grilled lamb chops, pork souvlaki, beef stifado, moussaka or pastitsio, and with aged cheeses such as kefalotyri or graviera. Opening the bottle a little before the meal gives the wine time to breathe.
