About the product: A very popular Greek pasta. Orzo also known as risoni, shaped like a large grain of rice. Orzo is traditionally made from white flour, but it can also be made of whole grain.
About the company: The history of the company begins in 1947, when the first factory opens in Athens, Greece. In 1980 the pasta production unit is transferred from Athens to Larissa. Since then it constantly enriches its production with new products.
Instructions: Use it with chicken and lamb dishes. Great when topped with tomato sauce and feta cheese.

Tasty and easy to make a giouvetsi with.
This orzo is the best. It is relatively longer than the ones in the dutch supermarkets and has a great taste.

After trying several types of Kritharaki (orzo) i found this the best to use in my dishes. Within 15 minutes this orzo is ready, but if you leave it yo rest for 10 minutes more it will be even beter.
