About the product: A Greek dry red wine from Ploes, made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. It is nice and easy to drink: dry and slightly tannic, with lovely flavours of rosemary and other herbs, blackberries and black pepper. That relaxed, herby character makes it an easy match for everyday Greek cooking, such as grilled lamb chops, pork souvlaki, beef stifado, moussaka or a plate of aged kefalotyri cheese. Serve it slightly cool, at around 16-18°C, and enjoy it with good company around the table.
