About the product: A Greek cheese made with a rich combination of sheep and goat's milk, named after the Greek shepherd's winter cape. Its flavour is a delicate balance of salty and sweet, with a distinctive mint note which makes it unique. Similar to Cypriot Halloumi, when cooked, it retains its shape whilst developing a melt-in-the-mouth texture. The distinctive round shape of the cheese is inspired by the traditional woven baskets this cheese was once made in. Made in Greece using entirely Greek milk.
