About the company

Rodoula is a Greek manufacturer of dough and dessert products based in Acharnes, Attica. The company started in 1999, when Panayiotis and Ilias Karachalios set up a small production unit in Athens to work with family know-how in dough-making. It has since expanded into three production facilities and two distribution centers, in Thessaloniki and Crete, covering around 15,000 square meters in total. Rodoula produces more than 480,000 portions a day and supplies over 20,000 points of sale worldwide, with quality managed under ISO, BRC and IFS certifications. This crinkle pie is part of their Crete-style pie range, filled with spinach and herbs.

Instructions

Keep frozen until use. No thawing is required before baking. Preheat the oven to 180°C, remove the pie from the freezer and take off its lid or cover before placing it in the oven. Bake the pie together with its tray directly in the oven, using fan and resistance heat, for about 45 minutes. For best results, place the tray on the lowest oven rack rather than on a metal baking sheet. Baking time may vary depending on the oven. Do not microwave. Once thawed, the product must not be refrozen.
