About the product: The pecorino cheese is Italian in origin but this one is produced in Greece, it is a hard cheese made from sheep’s milk. The name derives from the Italian word “Pecora” which translates “sheep” something that is not accidental since it is made from sheep’s milk. It is distinguished for its intense aroma and special flavour.  From Fresh Pasteurized Milk.

About the company: The company was founded in 1967. The founder Spyros Bafas, member of a stockbreeding family, managed to set up a small cheese industry in Arta, Greece, and its products are characterized by excellent quality and fine traditional production methods.
