Feta is made from sheep's milk or by both sheep and goat milk. It has a lightly salty, sour flavor and natural white color. Bafas Feta (ex Imathos) is produced in Epirus region of Greece and is a Protected Destination of Origin (PDO) product with an excellent quality of the traditional Greek feta cheese.

Bafas company, which was founded in 1967. The founder Spyros Bafas, member of a stockbreeding family, managed to set up a small cheese industry in Arta, Greece, and its products are characterized by excellent quality and fine traditional production methods.

Instructions: Enjoy as table cheese or use in greek salads, such as choriatiki or traditional greek dakos. You can also bake cheese pies.
