About the company: The history of the company begins in 1947, when the first factory opens in Athens, Greece. In 1980 the pasta production unit is transferred from Athens to Larissa. Since then it constantly enriches its production with new products.

Instructions: Melissa Kofto are wonderful ingredients for all manner of soups, from classic Minestrone to Pasta e Fagiole and White Bean and Escarole Soup. In Greece, Kofto are often used in “Youvetsi” (or “Giouvetsi”): a traditional casserole made with ground lamb or beef, baked in a light tomato sauce seasoned with garlic and cinnamon and topped with cheese. Melissa Tubetti are a wonderful ingredient for mac and cheese with peas, topped with seasoned breadcrumbs.
