Perfect for summer gatherings, family dinners, or a refreshing afternoon treat, this dessert brings sunshine to your table with every bite.
Ingredients:
For the base:

225g Petit-Beurre biscuit
- 150 ml warm milk
For the cream:
-
150g Corn Cream Pudding Vanilla Giotis
-
660 ml milk
-
45 g sugar
- 20 strawberries
For the jelly:
Step-by-Step Preparation
For the base:
Warm the milk until lukewarm (be careful not to burn it).
Take a 30 x 30 cm baking dish or Pyrex. Dip the biscuits one by one into the milk and place them in the dish. Make the first layer of biscuits, then add a second layer on top, placing them crosswise so there are no gaps.
For the cream:
Prepare the Giotis Corn Cream Pudding (Vanilla Flavor, for boiling) according to the package instructions. When ready, spread it over the layer of biscuits. Slice the strawberries and arrange them evenly on top of the cream. Place the dish in the fridge for 30 minutes.
For the jelly:
Prepare the Giotis Strawberry Jelly according to the package instructions and place it in the fridge for a short time. It should not be warm when you pour it over the cream. Leave it in the fridge for 10 minutes.
For the assembly:
Take the dessert out of the fridge. Pour the jelly over the cream and return the dish to the fridge until the jelly sets, about 1 hour.
