Über das Unternehmen : Die Familie Hatzigavrielidis begann in den 1970er Jahren mit ihrer Tätigkeit im Fleischbereich und eröffnete ihr erstes Metzgereigeschäft in Amisiana, Kavala, gefolgt von einem zweiten Geschäft zehn Jahre später.
1997 wurde die Vision und der Ehrgeiz der Familie Hatzigavrielidis, ihr Wissen und ihre Erfahrung im Fleischsektor zu entwickeln, mit der Gründung von BIKRE, einer der modernsten industriellen Fleischproduktionsanlagen in Griechenland, Wirklichkeit. In sehr kurzer Zeit machten die gestiegene Nachfrage und der Aufwärtstrend es notwendig, das Unternehmen in größere Räumlichkeiten zu verlegen. Seit 2011 ist BIKRE daher in eigenen Räumlichkeiten in Amisiana, Kavala, tätig.
