Το λευκό Paranga του 2018 είναι το τυπικό μείγμα 80/20 των Ροδίτη και Μαλαγουζιάς, χωρίς βαρέλι και με περιεκτικότητα αλκοόλ 12,5%.
Έντονα αλλά εκλεπτυσμένα αρώματα μοσχάτου από γιασεμί, λευκό ροδάκινο και βερίκοκο, τυπικά μιας υψηλής ποιότητας Μαλαγουζιάς, ισορροπούν ευχάριστα από τη φρεσκάδα ενός ορεινού Ροδίτη, προσθέτοντας τραγανή οξύτητα και ζωντάνια στο τελικό μείγμα. Η επίμονη φρουτώδης επίγευση υποστηρίζει την έντονη γεύση και αναδεικνύει ένα κρασί με γοητευτικό χαρακτήρα.
Ο αμπελώνας βρίσκεται σε υψόμετρο 700 μέτρων εντός της αμπελουργικής ζώνης του Αγίου Παντελεήμονα, στην Ονομασία Προέλευσης Αμύνταιο στη Βορειοδυτική Ελλάδα. Η μέση απόδοση του αμπελώνα δεν υπερβαίνει τα 40 hl/ha. Το έδαφος είναι αμμώδες και φτωχό, προσφέροντας έτσι τη δυνατότητα παραγωγής κρασιών εξαιρετικής ποιότητας και πλούσιων αρωμάτων. Το μικροκλίμα της περιοχής χαρακτηρίζεται από ψυχρούς χειμώνες και ζεστά καλοκαίρια, ενώ οι τέσσερις γειτονικές λίμνες συμβάλλουν στη δημιουργία ενός ήπιου ηπειρωτικού κλίματος.
