Over the company: We're now in the third generation of our family, happily living in Kastoria and working all over Greece where there are many small family farms. Life in our villages is peaceful, and we believe in good human values. The local farmers, with their passion and skills, make a living by growing pulses and rice. They've been our partners since 1956 when the first family member started working with pulses.

Our connection with the community is like a strong bond; we depend on each other in a harmonious way. Our philosophy is all about "good, clean, and fair" food. That means food should not only taste good and be part of our culture but also contribute to our health. The way we make food should be clean to protect the environment, and everyone involved in making the food should be treated fairly. This philosophy is a perfect fit for us!
