About the winery: Our journey began as two childhood friends, united by a shared passion for delicious wine. Growing up in Greece, we explored countless wineries together, meeting many winemakers along the way—each with their own story and deep love for their craft. That love is something you can truly taste, and it inspired us to bring a piece of it beyond Greece’s borders.

Choosing which wines to share, however, was no easy task. We wished we could bring them all to fellow wine lovers across Europe. With so many great options, narrowing it down was a challenge—so instead of just one, we decided to start with a small, carefully curated collection. One that reflects a rich variety of flavours, occasions, and personalities.

To bring this vision to life, we teamed up with oenologist Dimitris Tzakos and winemaker Vasiliki Akriotou, owner of Akriotou Microwinery. Together, we share a commitment to minimal intervention winemaking—letting the soil and grapes speak for themselves. The result is a balanced wine series made from a blend of Greek and international grape varieties, cultivated in Plataea, Boeotia—crafted for curious minds and memorable moments.
