Chocolate truffles

Ingredients:


- 1⁄2 packet Papadopoulou Petit Beurre (110g)
- 1 condensed sweetened milk (397g)
- 4 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp cow butter
- 1 tbsp orange liquor (or any flavour you prefer)
- chocolate sprinkles

In a small pan, we melt the butter and pour the sweetened milk.
On a low heat, we bring the texture together.
Stir the liquor and cacao with a wire whisk until well combined (about 10 minutes).
Remove from the fire and let cool for 10-15 minutes.

2. Crumble the Petit Beurre biscuits and add them to the mixture.
Refrigerate for 1 hour to chill.

3. Fill a bowl with chocolate sprinkles,
Use disposable gloves to prevent the chocolate mixture from melting in your hands, and use a spoon to make it small balls.
Roll each ball into chocolate sprinkles and shake the bowl to cover completely.
Store in the refrigerator.
