About the product: “Olympos” Tahini is a wholesome, nutritious food of purely plant origin, made exclusively of hulled, slightly roasted and ground sesame seeds, rich in protein and calcium.
About the company: Olympos is a brand of “PAPAYIANNIS BROS S.A. HALVA PRODUCERS OF GREECE” company, which was founded in 1949 in Larissa, Central Greece. It was – and still remains – a family enterprise producing mainly sesame halva, a traditional sweet of the Levant hugely popular in the whole Mediterranean region, but also other sesame products like tahini.
Instructions: You can use in salad dressings, houmous, tahina soups or in fillings (with chopped olives, peppers etc.), or mixed with honey as a sweet spread. It is also considered a perfect supplement to the famous Mediterranean diet.
