Σημειώσεις γευσιγνωσίας:Cabernet Sauvignon και Syrah στην ακμή τους. Συμπυκνωμένοι χαρακτήρες κερασιού, βύσσινου, δαμάσκηνου και ώριμων φρούτων σε αντίθεση με εκείνους των μπαχαρικών από την ωρίμανση. Πλούσιες και έντονες τανίνες με μακρά επίγευση και πολυπλοκότητα. Ένα κρασί μακράς ωρίμανσης, έτοιμο να ανταμείψει γενναιόδωρα όσους έχουν την υπομονή να το ωριμάσουν στην κάβα.
