Recipe:

• 170 g bulgur
• 50 g olive oil
  
• 300 g water
• salt, pepper
• olive oil and lemon (for serving)

Instructions: Rinse the bulgur well and let it drain. Heat a pan over high heat, add the olive oil and the bulgur, and sauté with a wooden spoon for 2–3 minutes until it turns golden. Remove from the heat and add the water, salt, and pepper. Return to the heat until it starts to boil. Cover the pan and remove from the heat. Once the water is absorbed, it is ready to serve.

Note: Bulgur should not be drained
