Their effort proved to be a successful experiment, and for 25 years now, they have worked tirelessly to preserve the traditions of their region.

The products produced by the Cooperative include petoura (cut or broken), sour trahanas, wheat trahanas (sweet), vegetable trahanas, and flour-based trahanas. On a local level, they also produce traditional sweets (such as saliaria and kourabiedes), biscuits, and traditional handmade pies.

The raw materials used in these products are sourced from local producers, and their production is based on traditional, homemade recipes. This ensures that the taste and quality remain unchanged. Importantly, the products contain no preservatives or artificial coloring.
