About the company: In the area of Nemea, our family started growing vineyards in 1876. The unique soil and weather in Nemea, combined with our knowledge of growing grapes, laid the foundation for our family business. We focus on making high-quality and clean products to ensure people are happy when they try them. In 2013, Giorgos Mazos, from the fourth generation of our family, created Golden Black. We started making organic Corinthian raisins from our vineyards, dried naturally in the shade. We named it "Golden Black" to highlight its importance, like Black Gold. In 2017, we set up Leon fine foods in Ancient Nemea, Corinthia, to help our individual business, "Golden Black," grow.
