Kouroushis - Halloumi PDO - 225g

About the product: Made from the finest Cypriot milk.
Truly healthy and delicious cheese

About the company: Kouroushis began in Cyprus in 1959, when John Kouroushis founded N. Th. Kouroushis Ltd. Built on the core values of tradition, empathy, care, and trust, the brand has grown over the decades while maintaining its commitment to exceptional quality and taste.

Since joining the Hellenic Dairies Group in 2022, Kouroushis has further strengthened its presence, expanding globally and bringing high-quality Cypriot products to new markets.

Instructions: It's most appreciated as a grilling cheese because it maintains its shape when heated and grills well.
