Over het product: "Olympos" Tahini is een gezond, voedzaam voedingsmiddel van zuiver plantaardige oorsprong, uitsluitend gemaakt van gepelde, licht geroosterde en gemalen sesamzaadjes, rijk aan eiwitten en calcium.

Over het bedrijf: Olympos is een merk van "PAPAYIANNIS BROS S.A. HALVA PRODUCERS OF GREECE" onderneming, die werd opgericht in 1949 in Larissa, Centraal Griekenland. Het was - en is nog steeds - een familiebedrijf dat hoofdzakelijk sesamhalva produceert, een traditionele lekkernij uit de Levant die zeer populair is in het hele Middellandse-Zeegebied, maar ook andere sesamprodukten zoals tahini.

Instructies:U kunt het gebruiken in saladedressings, houmous, tahina soepen of in vullingen (met gehakte olijven, paprika's enz.), of gemengd met honing als zoet broodbeleg. Het wordt ook beschouwd als een perfecte aanvulling op het beroemde mediterrane dieet.
