Not bad at all

It was a good taramosalata; compared to other similar products out there, it was tasty though it left a slight tangy taste in the mouth at the end which could imply poor quality of oil used in it. When the product arrived, we realised with dismay that the consume by date forced us to consume it with more urgency than we would have liked. Usually it lasts longer.
