Over het product: Deze Pavlidis Pure Chocolade met Amandelen is een Griekse bitterzoete chocolade met hele geroosterde amandelen. Het bevat 43% pure cacao en wordt beschouwd als een gezonde chocolade omdat het rijk is aan antioxidanten, mineralen en andere sporenelementen.
Over het bedrijf: Pavlidis pure chocolade werd voor het eerst geproduceerd in 1861 in de banketbakkerij van Spyridon Pavlidis aan de Aiolou- en Vyssisstraat in het centrum van Athene. Sindsdien is het bedrijf uitgebreid met nieuwe faciliteiten en veel meer producten die zijn klanten plezier geven.

classic chocolate, would prefer it even more bitter.
The chocolate is really nice and tasty. Recently I started to wonder about the rain-forest friendly labels on chocolate wrappings etc. I bought some kinda cheap Belgium bonbons with these labels on it and they where also tasty. I checked Mars and Ferrero which are very large companies but I could not find these labels on their products. I found it strange. The labelling might be corrupt or these big companies just refuse to invest a part of their profit into the future. I will have to do some more research on it. I guess I've put it on a side-track. To come back to the taste. It really is nice and I would recommend to check it out.
This is one of my favourite chocolates from Greece!
